We mapped every manual workflow end-to-end — from candidate intake to payroll disbursement — and built a fully automated pipeline using RPA and custom integrations. Candidate data flows automatically from job boards into the ATS. Compliance documents are parsed, validated, and filed without human touch. Payroll triggers run on schedule with exception-only human review.

The recruitment team now reviews clean, structured outputs instead of doing data entry. Compliance audits that used to take days now take hours. Payroll errors dropped to zero in the first month post-launch. The firm redirected 3 FTEs from manual processing to client-facing work.

A regional trucking operator was running their business across five separate tools — a spreadsheet for dispatch, a WhatsApp group for driver communication, a separate invoicing tool, a manual GPS tracker, and a client-facing email thread for shipment updates. Nothing talked to anything else. Dispatchers were context-switching constantly. Clients had no visibility. Billing was always delayed.

We designed and built a unified platform from scratch — a web portal for operations and clients, and a mobile app for drivers. Dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and client communication all live in one system. Drivers get job assignments on their phones. Clients get real-time shipment status. Operations gets a single dashboard for the whole fleet.

The operator retired all five legacy tools within 30 days of go-live. Dispatch time per job dropped significantly. Client satisfaction improved immediately — they could track their shipments without calling in. Invoicing is now automated on delivery confirmation. The platform is live in production and handling the full operational load.
